Soda Butte, Bison and Snow - Who Could Ask for Anything More

Soda Butte, Bison and Snow on the Mountain – Who Could Ask for Anything More??  We went to Silver Gate, MT yesterday for a going away to college party for our friends daughter.  She is leaving soon for Western Oregon University.  Both girls will be away at college – Pennsylvania and Oregon.  We will miss them but they will be having a tremendous time learning new things, meeting new people, and dealing with new challenges.  They are the bestest girls.

Wily coyote owns the road near Blacktail Plateau Road!  He was just traveling up the road almost oblivious to the traffic.  Just a young one but very healthy looking.  It seemed we saw coyotes everywhere we looked.  Lots of bison, deer, elk, etc. – a great time to be in the Park.  The buffalo, elk, pronghorns, moose, and deer are fat and slick and ready for winter!!

38 degrees last night – Fall is really in the air.
