It’s was really hot again yesterday and when we looked out shortly before dark we had one entire (or so we think) bunny family in our front yard. We keep the grass well watered as protection against possible grass fires that might develop over on the ridge and the rabbits and birds are really enjoying it. We water early in the morning and the robins are there immediately looking for worms.
Our thoughts and prayers go out to everyone who has been affected by the wild fire, the wind and rain storms that hit a large portion of the country, and everyone having to tolerate the hottest temperatures many places have ever seen.
Hopefully, we will all get a break in our weather soon!
