Maddie – Happy, Happy Birthday!  The check is in the mail!! Hooray, hooray!  I finished my archeology assignment on time and now can focus on getting well – nothing serious just painful back spasm).  I need to walk more!!  Do you?

It’s hard to believe that last year, on this date, our high temperature was 23 degrees!!  What a difference a year makes – partly cloudy and in the mid-50′s today.

What a beautiful fall we are having out here.  The colors are bright and there is a wee bit of snow way up high!!

We’ve got it made in Montana! This really is “The Last Best Place”!!  Between Hero’s Peak and Sacajawea Park, a river (the Yellowstone) runs through it!!

Doug’s wife, and best friend, Mary is a marvelous person – so kind and loving AND smart!  Love you guys!!
